Re-open Hull Rail Lines to tackle congestion and pollution

The Transport Minister has drawn up plans to re-open lost railway lines. Hull Lib Dems are now lobbying Government to ensure that investment and improvements are not just concentrate in the south - we want Hull to benefit as well.

Congestion and air pollution are huge problems in the city. By re-opening our local rail lines, residents and businesses in Hull can benefit from better transport links, less congestion, cleaner air and a boost from investment.

Re-opening local rail lines in Hull should be a priority for the Government. We want lines to be re-opened to cut congestion and tackle air pollution in the city.
