Keep the former Newland School site as a Community Hub

Liberal Democrat councillors are backing resident’s efforts to stop the former Newland Avenue Primary School buildings from being sold off.

They are calling on Labour councillors to suspend the sale and allow time for a group set up to keep the buildings in public hands to discuss the plans properly with the council.

I/We call upon Hull City Council not sell the former Newland School site and work with residents to ensure that it remains a community hub.
